Craft Hope, here we come!! Yesterday, I finished two babies for the children in Nicaragua. 
I used the Baby Bows pattern that is available here. 
The knit fabric I used was not really a 2-way stretch, so you can see the difference made by laying the pattern out with the grain and against the grain. 
The pattern suggests using a newborn sleeper as clothing, but the one I bought swallowed the doll completely, so it really needs a preemie size, I guess. I made a little, white cotton diaper for each of the "girls" and once I get them dressed, they'll be ready for their flight.

These are adorable babies. Whoever ends up with them will love them a lot. My mom made my Raggedy Ann doll when I was small and she was very well loved! Home made is almost always better!
