I just picked up Emmi from the vet. It was time for her semi-annual checkup and shots. In addition, they put her to sleep to clean her teeth. When they brought her back out to me, I must admit that she looked pretty pitiful. 
She hasn't barked at all since I got her home---just makes this pitiful little whimpering noise. Looks to me like she might have partied waaay too much last night! But, don't her teeth look nice and white?? (crooked, perhaps, but at least clean)
