2 Girls, A Truck and a Bag of Cookies

Two girls
A Truck
And a bag of cookies (we dumped most of these into a Ziploc) for the road.

Monday, Jana and I picked up a16 foot moving truck, loaded it with some things from our storage building, then drove it to my house and loaded it with more furniture and drove across the country to her house. We lucked out with great weather and arrived in Buford, GA about 9:30 pm. We had no mishaps, despite a rather close call with a gas pump somewhere in Alabama, and stayed alert with a Easter cookie "high". I'm somewhat embarrassed to show this, but here is the bag of cookies that AFTER the trip---the ones we saved for her husband.
High winds and tornadoes had ripped through the area that morning, but we never even had a drop of rain on the trip. The following day, it rained so we waited to unload the furniture on Tuesday evening. With most of the furniture in place, we returned the truck and began our projects.
