Here's a super easy post for the end of the week---Insta-Friday! I've been seeing lots of blog posts featuring Instagram photos, but it wasn't until Jana told me about the free app that I tried it out. How fun it is to try out all the different filters! Here are a few highlights of my last day in Atlanta. (I'm linking up with Life Rearranged)
Jana and I before we headed out this morning.
We stopped for lunch at Taqueria del Sol, one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite in Atlanta. (sorry I cut off your head, Jana)We explored Whipstitch and oohed and aahed over all the fabrics and patterns. Good thing we didn't go there at the beginning of the week or we never would have gotten things accomplished for their move!! Just down the street from Whipstitch was an Anthropologie store. Since there's not one anywhere close to me, it's such a treat to have a chance to browse in there.
I even bought a new pair of glasses off their sale table! (don't know why I didn't take a picture of them?!?!)
Back in Alexandria, I took Dan and his friend Brian out to eat to celebrate Brian's birthday. They had a great time and I smiled a lot as I was reminded how special the simple things are! Taco Salad and Chicken Fried Steak for the guys and Grilled Catfish for me. The highlight of their meals----Coke for Dan and coffee for Brian!!

I like the idea of Insta-Friday---may have to try that myself.
Perhaps you should have continued to crop me out of that photo at Taqueria. That's one awful expression I have on my face. :)
